He is survived by: his wife Judy Blackburn; his children, Deborah McCollem (Steve), Eric Blackburn, Jennifer Robbins (Jerry) and Jeff Blackburn; his grandchildren, Amber, Brian and Josh; his great grandchildren, Anderson, Camden and Chloe; his granddaughter-in-law Sara; and his siblings, Mary Nell Manuel and Chad Blackburn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
