It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Eugene Shelton (Walkertown, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Jones Shelton and Sally Carter Shelton; and his siblings, Doretta Pruitt and Nathan Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Shelton; and his children, Angela Courts (Darrell), Lee Williams, Nicole Skelding (Rodney) and Joe Shelton (Amanda). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters; four brothers; as well as many extended family.
