It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Allen Gravett of Walkertown, North Carolina, who passed away on March 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Macy Gravett; his parents, Latell Gravett and Naomi McCardy Gravett; his daughter Terri Ann Martin; his granddaughter Susan Gravett; his great grandchild Terrance Gourdine; and his brother Luther Gravett.

He is survived by: his son Michael Gravett of Winston-Salem; his granddaughters, Natasha Gravett and Kimberly Gravett; his great grandchildren, Destiny Shaw, Desiree Shaw, Demario Hall, Jr., Demario Hall, III, Namarie Hall, Kiana Jones, Nicholas Jones, Honesty Hines and Halo Gourdine; and his nephew Shane Gravett.
