He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mathis; his children, Mike Mathis (Laurie), Kristi Crews (Gary) and Barbie Boling (Chris); his grandchildren, Melanie, Taylor, Maddie, Abbey, Kaitie, Ashley, Courtney and Theresa; his siblings, Bobby (Sarah), Frankie (Calvin) and Phyllis; his significant other Lynda Carroll; and his grandsons, Willie and Josh.
