She was predeceased by: her father Elmer. She is survived by: her children, Beth Fowler and Lance Grubbs; her children-in-law, Steve and Natalie of Walkertown; her sister Patsy Montague of Long Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Hunter Grubbs (Jessica), Jordan Horton (Jared), Chelsea Arey (Sam), Erin Bennink (Tristan) and Olivia Baugher (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, June Arey, Summer Bennink and Daniel Grubbs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In honor of Carol's life, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
