He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anne Lineberry; his daughter Cathy Etheridge; his stepchildren, Greg, Desire, Pam Voncannon, Teresa Jackson (Jeff) and Kim Rivers (Thad); and his grandson Ryan. He is also survived by three step grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
