She was predeceased by: her parents, Oather Allen and Bernice Allen; and her siblings, Frank Allen, Thomas Allen, Virginia Allen, Velma Crawford, Bennie Jones, Rosemary Cellars and Beverly York.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Winkle (Mary) and Lynda Hulsey (John); her grandchildren, Keith Winkle (Kathy), Steven Hulsey (Elizabeth), Corey Hulsey (Emily) and Crystal Winkle; and her great grandchildren, Holden Hawk, Kurt Winkle, Lilly Hulsey, Tyler Hulsey, Abigail Hulsey, Liam Winkle, Wesley Hulsey and Vera Winkle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bay Leaf Baptist Church Mission Fund in her honor.
