Barr Jr. (Wake Forest, North Carolina), born in Norwich, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Barr, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia (Byrne); his sons, Thomas and Spencer; his brothers, Kevin, Brian (Leslie) and Trevor (Rita Barr); and his pet Quinn. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
