With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Unique Traquan Chavis (Wake Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Tony Dorsey and Lee Chavis; his aunt Angela Chavis; and his stepgrandmother Hazel Perry. He is survived by: his mother Tanya Dorsey-Perry; his stepfather Anthony Perry; his father Greg Chavis; his sister Destiny Chavis; his niece Hope; his brothers, Ayden and Braylon Perry; his stepsiblings, Frank Moore and Anthonay Perry; his grandmothers, Debbie Dorsey, Shirley Lunsford and Carrie Brodie; and his close friend Harley Ellington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
