She was predeceased by: her father John Wesley Crittendon; her husband William T. Martin (Bill); and her son-in-law Dr. D. Kevin Bell. She is survived by: her daughters, Mindy Thompson (Mark), Melanie Bell, Merri Schermerhorn (Jim), Mave Walter (Matt) and Michelle Martin. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
