He was predeceased by: his brother Arnold Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Cramer; and his children, Stephen Cramer (April) of Gettysburg, MD, Donna Hickey (Kevin) of Arnold, MD, Erik Philpot (Lisa) and Colin Philpot (Irena) of Boise, ID. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
