Hughes (Wake Forest, North Carolina), born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Edwin Hughes III of Hampton Roads, VA and Kelli H. Shambo; her son-in-law Michael P. Shambo of Wake Forest, NC; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Hughes.
