He is survived by: his parents, Tim Nickodemus and Jamie Nickodemus of Wake Forest; his sister Kelsey Lee Walters of Raleigh; and his grandparents, Lorna Brown of Orlando, Robert and Nancy Nickodemus of Clearwater, Florida..
