He was predeceased by: his father James Howard Forrest. He is survived by: his mother Alice "Benjie" Steed; his brother Jim Forrest (Carol); his children, Tim Forrest (Kate), Michael Forrest (Carole), April Forrest, Haley Bunnell and Hannah Bunnell; his grandchildren, Moses, Eleanora, Nathan, Benjamin, Samuel, Morgan, Patrick, Eugene, Alexander and Elijah; his friends, Ricky Timberlake and Clara Stallings; and his pet Jake.
