He is survived by: his wife Ruby Cooke Weathers; his children, Brenda Weathers Ketchum and Marvin Rupert Weathers, Jr. (Kim) of Wake Forest, NC; his godchildren, Courtney Jones Williams, Taylor Jones and McKenzie Jones Hoyle; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Lester (Thomas) of Raleigh, NC and Charlotte Cooke of Wake Forest, NC; and his caregiver April. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
