He is survived by: his wife Betsy Ayers Congleton of Youngsville; his daughter Courtney Reynolds Overman (Charles Richard Overman) of Apex; his granddaughters, Ava Caroline Overman and Piper Isabelle Overman of Apex; his brother Franklin Congleton; his sister-in-law Lois Congleton of Washington, NC; his brother Dan Congleton; his sister-in-law Susan Congleton of Stokes, NC.; and his sons, Cooper and Walker Eaton of Holly Springs, NC..
