He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Simmons and Agnes Simmons of St. Petersburg, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his brother Robert; and his children, Paul (Lisa), Brian (Amanda), Janet (Tracy), Marianne (Scotty), Jennifer and Steven (Christy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
