She is survived by: her sister Melissa Dombalis; her sister-in-law Suzanne Mills Erskine; and her children, O. Lamon Spainhour, C. Reeves Spainhour (Luanne), J. Cameron Mills (Heather) of Raleigh, Dr. L. Scott Mills of Missoula, Montana and E. Eric Mills (Tonya) of Raleigh.
Her charity of choice was Healing Transitions.
