She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Tooker and Edith Hedin Tooker; her former husband Joe; her son Gregory; and her siblings, Lynn, Mel Tooker and Judy Heithaus.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Costa; her sister Holly Tooker of Manhattan; her children, Debbie Costa of Wake Forest and Jeff Costa; her grandchildren, Taylor (Kirsten Breeding), Rachel, Logan, Ethan and Madison Breeding; her great grandchild Waylon Breeding; her nieces, Sheryl Costa of Lake Worth, Dawn and Jenny Heithaus of Tucson, Arizona; and her godson Eric Heithaus (Amy) of Santa Fe.
