He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Edward Ruddy and Elizabeth Joseph Ruddy. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Downing Ruddy; his daughters, Taylor Ruddy Rickle (Bryan Rickle) and Victoria Downing Ruddy; his granddaughter Adalynn Tracy Rickle; his siblings, Margaret Eva Ruddy, Virginia Elizabeth Ruddy and Michael Owen Ruddy (Maureen); his nephew Jeremiah Ruddy; and his niece Amanda Ruddy.
