He is survived by: his children, Joshua Bryant Perry of Youngsville, Brittni Perry of Zebulon and Tyler Jason Perry of Zebulon; his parents, Millard Perry and Margaret Lowery Perry of Wake Forest; and his sisters, Myra Weathers of Youngsville, Christy Perry (Doug) of Wendell and Amanda Borgen (Kyle) of Wake Forest. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
