He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Vanover Lesher; his daughter Jeanne Scott; his parents, George Raymond Lesher and Stella Pyatt Lesher; and his siblings, Naomi Matheney, Gala Evans, Josephine Parker and Gene Lesher.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Thompson Lesher; his children, Retha Lesher, Sharon Curran (John), Richard Lesher, Mike Tate, Scott Tate and Rebecca Karass; and his siblings, Fonda Parker (Alfred) and Joseph Lesher. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
