He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Katie Miller (AJ) and Scott Moyer (Grace); his grandchildren, Ava, Noah Miller and Alistair Moyer; his siblings, Jim Moyer (Barbara) and Judy O'Rourke (Randy); his mother-in-law Lois Bird; and his siblings-in-law, David Bird (Sue), Thomas Bird (Deb) and Joan Hofmann.
