He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Sicilian; his significant other Shirley Jean; his brothers, Carl of New Jersey, Anthony of New Jersey and Charles of New Jersey; his son Frank Joseph, Jr. of Virginia; his sister Rosemarie Winters; and his children, Deborah Culbert of Florida, Nancy Lightsey (Thomas G.) of Tennessee, Carol Holden (Harold Avery) of North Carolina and Paul Carite (Mollie) of North Carolina. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
