She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Morris and Luna Morton Morris. She is survived by: her husband Winston R. "Wink" O'Neal; her sons, Gregory O'Neal (Cindy) of Wake Forest and Barry O'Neal (Nanette) of Creedmoor; her grandchildren, Ashley O'Neal-Zasoski (Dennis), Brad O'Neal (Tara), Dylan O'Neal (Kristen Tice), Sarrah Kassinger, Sean Kassinger and Keith Kassinger; and her great grandchildren, Rosaleigh Tice, Maggie Kassinger and Tinley O'Neal.
