He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Frazier and Ruby Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Rodney (Sara); his grandchildren, Chelsey Mead (Dan) and Sterling Frazier (Klaressa); his great grandchild Marlee Mead; and his siblings, Jerry Frazier and Jane Frazier.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), an organization Doug felt strongly about as he witnessed others battling cancer firsthand, and his heart broke, especially for the children.
