He is survived by: his wife Marie Page; his daughters, Diana Mingus (Bill), Sheryl Page and Linda Davison (Russ); his grandchildren, Walter Mingus, Casey Davison, Noah Davison and Rebecca Little; and his sister Judy Scofield. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
