He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Robert, Madaline Elaine McCarthy and Michael John Kimmerly; and his brother Michael John McCarthy. He is survived by: his son Ayden Jay McCarthy; his sister Adrienne Jones; his brother-in-law Adam Jones; his nephew George Brewer Jr.; his niece Aaliyah Brewer; his sister Autumn Creech; his mother Melissa Kimmerly (Michael McCarthy); his stepmother Alisa McCarthy; his nephew Michael John McCarthy II; his niece Ariana McCarthy; and his grandmother Alisia Ruiz (Dee Dee Justice).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made and held in trust for Corey's one surviving son Ayden Jay McCarthy.
