He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Elmo Powell and Mary Ellena Powell (Lowery); and his brothers, Gene Addison Powell and Kenneth Donald Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Janie Phillips, Joyce Wall (Gene), Jessie Phillips, Lois Walker and James Powell (Patty); and his caregiver Mary Ann Lowery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
