It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Davis (Wake Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Joseph William Arnold; her husband James Harold Davis; her sisters, Betty Lou Hicks, Mary Blevins and Jenny Cooper; and her son-in-law Charlie Eugene Pennell.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Davis of California and Shirley Davis Pennell of Wake Forest; her brothers, Joseph Carlton Arnold (Jodi) of Creedmoor and Butch Arnold (Frances) of Creedmoor; her grandchildren, Justin (Mother Carol Tysor) of Richmond, VA, Jamie (Brian) of Swansboro and Chadwick (Ashley) of Wake Forest; and her great great grandchildren, Amber, Brandon, Chloe, Dawson, Charlotte of Swansboro, NC, Austyn, Christopher, Kendell of Wake Forest, NC and Waverlee of Zebulon. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren.
