She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Allen Cooke and Josephine Chappell Cooke; her husband Russell Finch; and her brothers, J. W. Cooke and Leon Cooke.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Finch of Franklinton and JoAnna Jones of Wake Forest; her sisters, Ruby Weathers (Marvin) of Wake Forest and Mary Jo Lester (Thomas) of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Courtney Williams (Jonathan), Taylor Jones (Meredith) and McKenzie Hoyle (George) of Wake Forest. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and life long friends.
