It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna May Davies (Wake Forest, North Carolina), born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flory Malatesta and Emma Uphold Malatesta (Uphold); her siblings, Josephine Buonamici, Phoebe Kronjaeger, Carl Malatesta, Paul Malatesta, Marshall Malatesta, Leonard Malatesta, Rose Marangoni, Isabelle Stopera, Lena Reese, Canado Malatesta, Rita Roth and Julius Malatesta; and her former husband George W. Davies.
She is survived by: her daughter Jenny Head (Davies); her son-in-law Thomas Head; her granddaughter Jessica Head; and her sister Jenny Malatesta.
