Whitt; his son-in-law James Cooley; and his siblings, Jack Whitt, Colen Swan Whitt, Lloyd Whitt, Garley Whitt, Charles Whitt, Richard Whitt, Lucille Bowyers, Lala Jackson and Phyllis Simpson.
He is survived by: his children, William Mithell Whitt (Victoria) of Rockingham, Douglas "Doug" Earl Whitt of Wagram, Crag Gray Whitt of Wagram, Clara Jane "Sissy" Whitt Cooley of Wagram and Ellen Whitt Futrell (Phillip) of Wagram; and his grandsons, Waylon Cooley (Lauren) and William "Will" Futrell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
