He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Goins and Lennie Mae Sessoms Goins; and his sister Vivian Ann Goins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ward "Lindy" Goins; his children, Aniyah Rush and Cord Clark of Laurinburg; his siblings, Charles "Chucky" Goins (Tonya) of Rowland, Clifton Goins of Laurinburg, Elaine Hinson (David) of Wagram and Diane Giddens (Ken McDonald) of Laurinburg; and his granddaughters, Aiyanna Rush and America Rush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
Due to the COVID-19 mandates, a private Graveside service for immediate family will be 4:00 p. m., Saturday, April 25, 2020 in Hillside Memorial Park.
