She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Bullard and Ella Locklear Bullard. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Winford Blue; her children, Jimmy Blue of Raeford, Lynn Blue of Albemarle, Emma Hatley of Wagram, Rosie Justice of Wagram and Betty Locklear of Wagram; and her siblings, Ellis Locklear of Wagram, Reverend Gerald Locklear of Wagram, Lewis Locklear of Wagram, Edna Mae Locklear of Raeford, NorthCarolina, Ebena and Christine of Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, eleven great great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
