He is survived by: his children, Randall Scott Vest of Wagram, Richard Dale Vest (Krystal) of Clarendon and Parker Bullard (John) of Raeford; his sister Polly Holder of Georgia; and his close friends, Steve Phillips, Tony Seay, Jimmy Ivey, Johnny Greene, Lamont McNeil and Johnny Williamson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
