It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Hering (Wagram, North Carolina), born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Silvey and Alice Brasel Silvey of Salem, Illinois.. She is survived by: her husband John Warren Hering of Wagram, NC; her son Scott Holler (Emily) of Woodstock, GA; her brother John Silvey (Lisa) of Chaffee, MO; her aunt Susan Thompson of Centralia, IL; her uncles, Terry Brasel of Soldotna, AK, Jerry Brasel (Joyce) of Lansing, IL, Robin Hering (Lynette) of Sparta, WI and Gene Hering (Tucker) of Camas, WI; and her grandchildren, Reed Holler and Corinne Holler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The Shriners Children's Hospital.
