He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Emanuel and Lillian Locklear Emanuel; and his brothers, Booty Emanuel, Jr. and Artle Emanuel. He is survived by: his children, Allen Wesley Emanuel of Lumberton, Angie Jones of Rowland, Billie Emanuel of Conway, SC and Brenda Manning of Wagram; and his siblings, Eugene Emanuel of Lumberton, Gelyn Emanuel of Lumberton, Billy Emanuel of Lumberton, Faye Hammond of Lumberton, Scarlet Thomas of Lumberton, Deneil Emanuel of Lumberton, Debbie Emanuel of Lumberton, Ipana Lamb of Fairmont and Gloris Butler of Pembroke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, along with a host of many nieces, nephews and friends.
