It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Morgan Lockamy of Wagram, North Carolina, born in Miles City, Montana, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Morgan and Josephine Morgan; and her son Roy Lockamy. She is survived by: her husband James Blackman Lockamy; her children, Rick Lockamy of Clyde, Connie Wilie of Weaverville and Rose Lockamy of Fayetteville; her siblings, Sid Erickson, Marvin Leasure and Betty Leasure; and her extended family, Ebub Autry of Louisburg, Charles Autry of Raleigh and John Autry of Concord. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
