He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen C. Morton and Evalina Clark Morton; and his brother Stephen Morton, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Calhoun of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Brittiany Miller of Kenneth Calhoun, II and Dana Calhoun; his siblings, Jimmy Morton (Diane) of Laurinburg, Kenny Morton of Laurinburg, Mary Alice Paul (Archie), Joyce Caulder of Laurinburg and Sharon Lucy Smith of Laurinburg; and his aunt Ester Wallace. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to COVID-19, receiving of friends will also be outside with social distancing and facial mask are required.
