She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Locklear of Florida and Jessica Locklear of Fayetteville; her siblings, Billy Oxendine (Lisa) of Vass, Jessie Oxendine (Kim) of Pembroke, Annie Locklear (Freddie) of Maxton, Elizabeth Oxendine of Maxton, Sylvia Jones (Dale) of Wagram and Mary Helen Oxendine of Maxton; and her grandchildren, Conner Locklear and Madison Locklear. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
