It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Locklear of Wagram, North Carolina, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Flora Locklear Ivey; the mother of his children Wanda Cummings Locklear; his wife Annette Locklear; and his daughter Janie Markham. He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Reyes (Felipe) of Raeford and Ronda Bethea (Mark) of Aberdeen; and his siblings, Charles Locklear of Wagram, Brenda Locklear (Mike) of Laurinburg, Tony Locklear of Wagram, Geraldine Thomas (Eddie) of Carthage and Sandra Smith of Aberdeen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
