He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Shaw Osborn and Mary Murray Osborn Treadaway; his wife Grace Baker Osborn; his brothers, Murray, Bobby and Mac Osborn; and his stepfather Willis Treadaway.
He is survived by: his children, Leah Powell (Neil) of Wadesboro, Flint Osborn (Jennifer) of Wadesboro and Meredith Rape (Steven Rorie) of Monroe; his grandchildren, A. J. Powell (Natalie) of Polkton, Hanna Osborn of Wadesboro, Bella Osborn of Wadesboro, Abby Osborn of Monroe, Aiden Rape of Monroe and Jase Rape of Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Paislee of Polkton, McKenzie of Polkton and Mason Powell of Polkton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Deep Creek Baptist Church, 3245 Deep Creek Rd., Wadesboro, NC 28170.
