He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Webb and Rose Webb; his sister Susan; and his brother-in-law Bill Quick. He is survived by: his friend Chandler Bumgarner; his wife Sara; his sons, Bill III (Elisa) and Rogers (Brandy); his grandchildren, Jessica Kelly (Adam), Nick Medlin (Shannon), Will Webb IV, Andrew Webb, Sara Grace Webb, Georgia Perry Webb and Kaden Craft; his great grandchildren, Colton, Caroline Kelly and Fitz Medlin; his sister Rebecca; his brother-in-law Ken Goins; his nieces and nephews, Michael Weaver (Tina), David Weaver (Tracy), Marion Vacarro (Michael) and Ashley Quick (Tonya); and his pets, Percy and Marvin. He is also survived by his boys, the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
