He is survived by: his mother Barbara Morton Jacobs Trantham (Billy) of Waynesville; his siblings, Dean "Boomer" Jacobs (Susan) of Supply, David "Jake" Jacobs (Melinda) of Albemarle and Wanda Jacobs of Rockingham; his nephew Eric Hildreth (Kayla); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corey, Chloe "Sally" and Connor "Pittbull"; his cousin Rodney Morton (Sharon) of Lilesville; and his close friend Dr. Gary Henry of Marshville.
