It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Jones Baker (Wadesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on April 3, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Jones and Janie Leviner Jones; and her children, Debbie Griggs, Jeff Baker and Mike Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Baker; her sons, Glenn Caulder of Wadesboro and Ken Caulder of Wadesboro; her granddaughters, Amy Tucker (Mac) of Hamlet, Traci Morrison (Mike) of Hamlet and Lauren Griggs (Nick) of Hamlet; her great grandchildren, Caleb Neeley of Hamlet, Stationed of Hamlet, Cameron Neeley of Hamlet, Alden Morrison of Hamlet, Brayden Morrison of Hamlet, Kyleigh Morrison of Hamlet, Kelby Morrison of Hamlet, Aniston Griggs of Hamlet and Nicholas Griggs of Hamlet; her sister Evelyn Burrell of Laurinburg; her niece Jane Patterson (Don) of Laurinburg; her nephew Ronnie Clark (Tara) of Elizabeth City; her great-nieces, Margot Clark of Greenville and Katlyn Cockrell (Aaron) of Angier; her pet Emma; her sister Brenda Peele (Robert) of Laurel Hill; her brother-in-law Larry Caulder of Ellerbe; and also, Bobby Glenn Caulder of Rockingham and Cathy McLaurin (Charlotte Treadaway).
