He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Long (Jeremy) of Charlotte and Lisa Laney of Monroe; his grandchildren, Evan Long of Charlotte and Hannah Faircloth of Monroe; and his siblings, Ted Laney (Marilyn) of Pageland, SC and Joni Cox (Kenny) of Monroe.
