He is survived by: his sister Betty Jo McCollum of Wadesboro; his nieces, Wendy Ricketts (Tony) of Wadesboro, Kristi Porten of Wadesboro and Becky Flake of Wadesboro; his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKayla Chavis (Dec) of Cheraw, SC, Trace Ricketts (Emily) of Wadesboro, McKinley Porten of Wadesboro, Jordan Leary (Kyle) of Peachland and Kamryn Spivey (Ian) of Polkton; his sister-in-law Barbara Goodman of Wadesboro; his aunt Ruby Sheppard of Lilesville; and also, Jett Spivey and Blakely Chavis.
