She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Burns; her son-in-law Todd Burns; her grandson Nicholas Burns of Monroe, NC.; her siblings, Ralph Carpenter (Sherolyn) of Wadesboro, NC, Robert Carpenter of Wadesboro, NC, Peggy Martin of Wadesboro, NC and Jean Thompson of Wadesboro, NC; her siblings-in-law, Brenda Carpenter of Wadesboro, NC, Jasper Turner (Vivian) of Locust, NC and Lillie Keeter of Matthews, NC.; and her daughter Ruth. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
