Lisenby (Gary Blakney) of Winston Salem, NC; his sister-in-law Pam Lisenby of St. Charles, Maryland.; his uncles, Merice Ben Wall (Stella) of Ansonville, NC and James A. Wall (Lana) of Oxford, NC.; and his great-aunts, Annie Bell Wall and Arline Barringer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
